Who Should Enroll?

This course is ideal for:

Anyone requiring training as a Municipal Bylaw Enforcement Officer (MLEO) seeking training as a Parking Bylaw Officer in Ontario.

Anyone aspiring to gain employment and become an MLEO.

Organizations looking to train multiple staff members.

Prerequisites & Eligibility

No prerequisites are needed. You do not need to be a security guard or currently employed by a Municipality to enroll.

Course Access & Completion

Access Period: Your course access period is 10 weeks.

Extension: A one-time extension of 3 weeks is available if required.

Completion Deadline: All courses must be completed within 6 months of the initial registration date.

Certification & Employment

Certification is valid for 24 months or two years.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to download a certificate that you can frame, signifying a significant step forward in your career.

This certification will bring you much closer to securing provincial employment in bylaw enforcement, if you are not already there.

Important Note: To gain your official "ticket book" and full authority, you will still need to be formally designated as an MLEO by your employer once you are gainfully employed.
